2023 SCWC Young Book Reviewer

The SCWC is appointing a Young Book Reviewer for 2023!

The SCWC Young Book Reviewer will work with the SCWC office during 2023 to review six new release middle-grade or young adult books by established or emerging Australian writers. These books will be supplied free to the reviewer by the SCWC.

The reviews will be posted on the South Coast Writers Centre website blog, newsletter and social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) throughout the year, and credited to the reviewer.

The SCWC Young Book Reviewer:

Must be aged between 10 and 17 years,
Located on the NSW South Coast
Note: this is not a paid position.

Applications close 22nd January 2023. Selected reviewers will be announced on 31st January 2023.

Applications are particularly encouraged from applicants who are disabled, identify as Aboriginal, LGBTQIA+, or are from CALD backgrounds.
