Commitment to community, inclusion and diversity
The South Coast Writers Centre is committed to developing an inclusive environment for all people in our community.
We are striving to create a respectful culture in every place and space we work. We acknowledge that the coast we call home is unceded Aboriginal land. Our programs aim to recognise and reflect the diversity of the SCWC community and celebrate the differences that make us all unique.
By working to promote equity, support difference and diversity, and remove barriers that prevent access to our programs, our goal is to make the SCWC a community for everyone.
We know that building an inclusive organisation is an ongoing and purposeful process that requires dedication and commitment. We encourage all SCWC members to join us in making this commitment to build a more welcoming and supportive community for all.
