Opportunity to co-work in South Coast Writers Centre’s creative office.

We are currently open to enquiries from creatives who would like to rent an ocean-facing desk space and co-work in South Coast Writers Centre’s creative office. We particularly encourage applications from creatives who would like to engage with the activities of SCWC or who are keen to join the cultural programming committee for the Coledale Community Hall.

The space includes:

· your own dedicated desk space (3.2m x 2m) in our office,

· office desk and chair,

· onsite parking,

· shared bathroom,

· shared kitchen,

· walk to Coledale ocean pool and cafes

Rental price includes all services, including internet and limited printer access.

Renter must be or become a financial member of SCWC (which also gives benefits including reduced hire fees for Coledale Community Hall’s spaces).

Daily: $30 per day (+ GST) on set days per week. 6th month or yearly contract.

Days available: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
